Perella hiring hedge fund managers
Hedge fund managers looking for a safe harbour may want to take shelter at Perella Weinberg Partners.
The boutique investment bank run by Joseph Perella, the former Morgan Stanley rainmaker, is looking for star hedge fund managers the Financial Times reports today.
Separately, the paper says hedge fund performance is heading for a meltdown as equity and commodity markets fall and the number of profitable opportunities dwindles.
Perella Weinberg is also hiring junior investment bankers and aims to employ about 50 people in the advisory business by the end of the year.
