Linklaters Expanding Structured Finance, Derivatives Practice
The New York office of the law firm Linklaters plans to nearly double the size of its structured finance and derivatives group.
Securitization News says the firm plans to add three partners and ten associates, with many of the hires occurring before the fourth quarter. A growing number of deals to be handled by the firm - along with an associated increase in workload - is spurring the hiring, the newspaper said.
Linklaters has about 100 attorneys in New York working in banking, capital markets, M&A and private equity, in addition to structured finance and derivatives and other areas.
