Underpaid analysts at Bridgewell
Following last week's reports of poor bonuses at BNP Paribas, this week begins with another tale of compensation-related woe.
According to the Financial Times analysts at Bridgewell, the independent UK investment banking and securities house, are complaining of being underpaid after senior employees apparently walked off with most of the bonus pool. "People feel like they've been stiffed," one is reported as saying.
The disgruntled juniors are apparently busy seeking alternative employment elsewhere.
Bridgewell did not return calls on the subject.
