Piper Jaffray Lures Restructuring Team From CIBC

Piper Jaffray & Co. has added restructuring capabilities to its Corporate and Institutional Services division by attracting a team from CIBC.

Leading the group is managing director Joseph Radecki, Jr., who was most recently head of the Financial Restructuring Group at CIBC World Markets Corp. in New York. Moving with him are Jonathan Brownstein and Michael Hsieh, principals, Ritwik Chatterjee and Jason Solganick, vice presidents and Geoffrey Zbikowski, an analyst.

Tom Schnettler, Piper Jaffray's head of Corporate and Institutional Services, said Radecki's team "will allow us to deliver strategic counsel and analysis to help our clients restructure and recapitalize businesses for future profitability."
