RMC accepts 'knockout' Mexican bid

New York-listed Cemex, which secured the funding from Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, will have debts of roughly $11.5bn when the deal is completed, probably in December. It needs the support of 75% of shareholders to go through and RMC has agreed a 23.9m break fee if the board withdraws support.
