Trainees join a broad programme which works across all business areas. There is a rotational programme during training, then graduates are assigned to a permanent area after 2 years.

How much are graduates paid during training? Do you provide subsidized housing and other perks?

How long does it take someone to complete your training programme?
The programme includes 10 weeks initial induction/training, followed by three six-month rotations.
