Morgan McKinley hires three consultants
Andrea Rogers, a former consultant at recruitment firm Bloomsbury, has joined with a broad mandate to cover all investment banking positions. Rogers has spent six years working in executive search. Before that she spent three years at HSBC as a trainee in equities research and corporate finance.
Peter Breeze, a former consultant at the search firm McGregor Boyall, will head a new legal and compliance division at Morgan McKinley. At McGregor Boyall, Breeze set up a risk and compliance division from scratch. Rachel Young has moved with Breeze from McGregor Boyall.
Jason Garner, a director of Morgan McKinley, said finance industry regulation had made compliance a more significant sector in the past few years.
