I-Search hires from Mantaray

Tracey joins I-Search after a short stint at Mantaray Partners, a search firm specialising in European debt capital markets. He joined Mantaray in March this year as a senior consultant in credit derivatives, debt capital markets origination and insurance risk marketing.

At I-Search Tracey will cover structured credit positions, including vacancies in sales and trading, origination and structuring.

Tracey has worked in recruitment since 1997. Earlier he was an equity researcher at JP Morgan and before that worked at the London Stock Exchange.

I-Search was founded in January 2000 by Steve Hones, Charles Avis and Neil Burr, all ex-bankers. The firm specialises in fixed income and foreign exchange recruitment. Following Tracey's appointment it numbers eight people.
