Training offered during internship:
Firmwide induction covering, firm policies and procedures. Also cross-divisional lunch time seminars covering all areas of businesses, technology training, division-specific product training,
accounting and tax, financial modelling, division-specific training, team-building exercises.
In some instances a "mentor" will be assigned to help you integrate as quickly as possible in to the role. Progress updates and feedback will be part of the programme.
Methods of assessment (ie. formal examination, presentation etc.):
All divisions conduct first round interviews. This is followed by an assessment centres. Assessment centres utilise group exercises, role-plays, numerical and verbal psychometric testing and further interviews.
