Brookleigh hires from Rose Partnership
Watson set up and managed the foreign exchange practice at The Rose Partnership, a leading boutique headhunter. Brookleigh has also hired Caroline Headlam, a consultant who worked with Watson at The Rose Partnership.
Both women previously worked for the search firm Hanover Partners.
Brookleigh Services also handles searches in private banking, insurance and legal roles.
