Outplacement firm M2M hires new staff
Hayes, a former managing director of Prebon Training Services, will be head of training at M2M, including credit and equity derivatives and money laundering.
Turnbull is a consultant at Capital Market Appointments, a recruitment firm. He will continue in this role while working part-time for M2M, helping redundant staff find jobs.
M2M specialises in helping traders and other front office staff as well as staff in middle office roles.
