McGregor Boyall appoints Breeze head of legal team
Breeze returned to London early this year from running the firm's office in Frankfurt, which focuses on IT, risk and other roles. He has been at McGregor Boyall for four years and is currently on paternity leave.
He replaces Lindsay Reid as head of legal and compliance. The firm said Reid resigned last week for personal reasons following a family bereavement.
McGregor Boyall mainly handles IT positions. Laurie Boyall, the managing director, said
the market for legal and compliance jobs was stronger than in many financial services sectors, partly because of Basel II accounting regulations and growing concerns in companies about reputational risk.
