Penna hires Donaghy for outplacement role
The practice, called the senior directors unit, advises board level employees from the financial services and other sectors.
Donaghy comes from her own headhunting practice, Donaghy Palamara & Co. She trained at search firm Whitehead Mann and has been a consultant at search firm Richmond & Co.
Donaghy said her headhunting experience would help her assist senior executives who are redundant or changing careers.
