Private banking search firm ties up with Termes

Termes was set up in September by Wadih Hanna, a banker with 30 years experience who held senior positions at The Bank of Nova Scotia, EFG Private Bank Ltd and most recently Riggs Bank N.A..

Termes assists wealth management firms with business strategy, including their IT needs. Its services include project management and contract negotiation.

Private Banking Search & Selection, founded by Tom King in 2000, fills roles in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. It also has an association with the Asian recruiitment firm Hong Kong Executive Search.

In depressed hiring markets, headhunters are increasingly forming affiliations with other firms to broaden the service they provide and attract what little business there is.
