Mantaray hires capital markets specialist

Tracey will focus on credit derivatives, derivatives marketing, debt capital markets origination and insurance risk management. Mantaray already specialises in placing debt products and debt capital markets specialists.

Tracey began his career at the London Stock Exchange, before working in equity research at JP Morgan. He has worked in financial services recruitment since 1997.

Current market conditions make working for a niche firm more appealing, said Tracey: "When the market is difficult, you need to be working for a global firm or for a niche firm. Companies in the middle are being squeezed hard."
