Gheerbrant joins Napier Scott as non-exec

Napier Scott said Gheerbrant left Rabobank at the beginning of 2002 to further his academic career. As well as advising on strategy and extending the firm's contacts, he would conduct in-house training on capital markets issues for the firm's staff.

During his six years at Rabobank, Gheerbrant was involved particuarly in credit intermediation and structuring, Napier Scott said.

The firm added: "The markets have been difficult for the last two years and

are likely to be so for the following two.

Search companies servicing the financial markets will need to be at the top of the learning curve

regarding the products used and problems faced by our clients."
