Exchange Consulting hires energy specialist
She will focus on roles in Europe in structuring, origination, marketing and risk and
will report to Simon Clarke, the managing director.
Schechter joins from the German search firm Kienbaum, where she was a consultant in Berlin. Earlier she worked for the headhunter Principal Search.
Exchange Consulting covers a range of sectors including risk, capital markets, equity sales and research, structured credit, derivatives, commodities and power and private banking.
