Korn/Ferry hires Magsig from Heidrick
Magsig specialised in senior-level search assignments in the insurance practice at Heidrick.
He has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry, and was previously chairman, president and chief executive officer at the Cologne Life Reinsurance Company.
There has been a considerable amount of job-hopping between the global search firms at senior levels in the last few months in uncertain markets, as headhunters try to upgrade their expertise while cutting excess capacity.
