Gow hires Odgers consultant
McEwan was an associate consultant at Odgers, Ray & Berndtson, where Gow was head of the the financial services and board practices. They both left Odgers last month.
McEwan's expertise encompasses corporate development and corporate finance advisory, although her wider remit at Odgers was to cover both the financial services and board practices.
Odgers Ray & Berndtson has lost a number of people for a wide variety of reasons in recent months. Richard Boggis-Rolfe, CEO of Odgers, is known to be looking for another head of global financial services search.
Roddy Gow says Gow & Partners is 'still hiring on a very selective basis'. He intends to build a business of no more than a dozen individuals.
