Whitehead Mann buys US coaching firm

The company is to issue 260,000 new shares to finance the acquisition and the outstanding amount will be paid in cash.

Gerard Clery-Melin, Whitehead Mann CEO said: "The acquisition of Summit represents the launch of our consulting business in the US, mirroring our capabilities in the UK, and as such is a further important step in the development of the group internationally."

The search firm bought the UK coaching and development firm The Change Partnership in February last year.
