Semprevivo leaves Korn/Ferry; McNabb becomes Futurestep CEO

The firm said his position would be eliminated.

Semprevivo, who was formerly CEO of Futurestep, Korn/Ferry's middle management recruitment arm, became CAO in December. At the same time Robert McNabb came on board as Futurestep President of the Americas and Asia/Pacific as part of a new management structure.

McNabb's appointment was aimed at accelerating the cross-selling partnership between Futurestep and the rest of Korn/ferry International.

McNabb will now take on the wider role of CEO of Futurestep on top of his existing position.

He will continue to be jointly based in Korn/Ferry's Los Angeles headquarters and Houston office.
