Joslin Rowe hires compliance head
Hooley started his career in accountancy and spent three years as an auditor before entering the world of recruitment. He moves from Hays Banking Personnel where he was business director.
Before that he worked for recruitment firms Robert Walters and Hudson Shribman.
Hooley's appointment fills the vacancy created at Joslin Rowe when Lindsay Reid left in June to join McGregor Boyall, the international IT recruitment specialist with a focus on the financial markets.
In flat markets, compliance has been one of the few sectors that has seen hiring, and as salaries have increased headhunting in this field has become more lucrative.
