Former Sheffield Haworth headhunter sets up own firm
Their main areas of focus are equities, corporate finance and debt. Calvert said: "We think that the market calls for a quality headhunting firm that is not affected by some of the conflicts that many large headhunters get into."
Calvert was a divisional director in corporate finance at Sheffield Haworth, where she worked for more than three years. Earlier she worked in structured finance at Commonwealth Bank.
Percival was a researcher at the Whitney Group in equities and other areas.
