Search firm Napier Scott hires bond specialist

Scott is a trader-turned-headhunter, having worked at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, as well as BNP Paribas. He moves from Tokyo Mitsubishi International where he ran the European government and eurobond books.

Shaun Springer, Napier Scott's CEO, said Scott's arrival would fit well with other recent hires, giving the firm complete coverage of all functions and products in the debt and credit markets.

Napier Scott said it had been expanding in recent months and had increased the amount of retained search it was doing as a result of its specialist knowledge.
