Korn/Ferry sets up executive coaching service
It is the latest in a series of steps by the recruitment firm to re-define itself as a provider of human capital solutions across the board.
Paul Reilly, CEO and chairman of Korn/Ferry, said the new service was "a strategic response to clients requesting coaching and executive development upon completion of an assessment project or as part of a search assignment."
