Hanover Financial Markets recruitment firm expands
Hamill-Stewart joins HFM after four years at Alexander Mann Global Markets, where he was a principal in the fixed income team. Before this he spent 15 years in the money markets. At HFM he will report to heads of practice Duncan Gray and Max Roberts.
HFM have also hired Simon Keslake as a senior fixed Income and derivatives consultant. Keslake worked for the recruitment firm VWJ Ltd for five years and reports to Hamill-Stewart.
HFM has particular expertise in equity derivatives and convertibles. Gray said: "The banks are looking for specialist boutiques and not generalists. These two hires will complement our existing team."
