Philippa Rose to focus on revenues at the Rose Partnership

Kleeman has been at the Rose Partnership for over four years and has been a director for the last two. She will start maternity leave at the end of April, but when she returns Rose anticipates a year of &quotclose handover&quot of responsibilities.

Rose said: &quotI will focus on running the revenue-producing side of the business, with the practice heads reporting to me. Heather will be in charge of management of the process and the staff.&quot

Rose will continue to be in charge of the highest-level searches and will spend time focused on financial services clients. Kleeman is expected to continue to handle private equity searches at the highest levels.
