Jared James hires fixed income and IT specialists

Tony Dorrington has joined as a managing consultant focusing on fixed income, derivatives and asset management. He will also strengthen the international side of the practice, particularly in Germany.

Dorrington was previously head of global markets at the recruitment firm Morgan Chase. He will work closely with Jonathan Head, who joined the firm last year from Korn/Ferry Futurestep.

Colin Giles has joined Jared James as a consultant specialising in IT. He arrived from the recruitment firm Innovation International and has particular experience of leading edge technologies, including straight through processing.

Dorrington and Giles will report to Bradley Rood, the managing director of Jared James.
