Heidrick asset management specialist sets up own firm

The firm will focus on traditional asset management, alternative investments and private banking in the UK and Ireland. Positions covered include front office sales and marketing, fixed income and equity fund management, research and senior operations.

Adam said he believed an increase in resources allocated by organisations to their wealth management divisions would make this a key growth area.

He left Heidrick & Struggles in September, having earlier been at the recruitment firm SHP, which Heidrick bought two months earlier.
