Hanover poaches equity recruitment team from Alexander Mann
Gray and Roberts join Hanover as associate directors and joint heads of the firm's newly created Financial Markets practice, reporting to Patrick Field, the managing director of Hanover. Lowe joins as a consultant.
They will focus on equity, equity-linked and convertible bond search, and said they planned to expand into other front office areas, such as interest rates.
At Alexander Mann, Gray was a managing principal and Roberts was a principal. Both had been at the firm for more than six years.
