City Analytics hires ABN Amro marketing analyst
Kendall was a marketing analyst in global food retailing at ABN Amro, before leaving in May. Earlier he was a marketing analyst at UBS Warburg and before that a fund manager at Rothschild.
City Analytics was set up in February last year by Monima Siddique, a former salesperson at JPMorgan and CSFB. Siddique said that in the current market, there was particular demand from buy side firms building up in-house research teams.
Another City Analytics consultant, Susannah Thompson, has left the firm.
City Analytics handles research roles ranging from equities and fixed income to asset-backed securities. It says it is the only firm in London focusing exclusively on financial research roles.
