Wheat hires two more staff from rival BBM
They are Wendy Martin, who will cover equity sales, trading and research, and Louise Geoghegan, who will focus on operations, finance and risk.
Wheat was set up in November last year by George Corbett and Joe Thomas, former directors of BBM, which is also a search firm. They were joined in February by another three BBM directors - Niall Macnaughton, Paul Mewis and Nick Bennett.
