Norman Broadbent hires director of capital markets

Patel, in this newly created position, will take responsibility for developing the capital markets team focusing on the executive recruitment needs of clients in the investment banking, capital markets and derivatives sectors.

Patel joins from Reech Capital, a derivatives and securities financing consultant and service provider, where he led the executive search division, specialising in derivatives recruitment for major investment banks.

He will be reporting to Jonathan Dancy, managing director, and will attempt to recruit search consultants and researchers to the team over the coming months.
