Napier Scott expands capital markets search team

Napier Scott Executive Search, the capital markets search specialist, has appointed three new employees.

Jim Paterson joins from Exchange Consulting Group, the London-based headhunters, where he was a senior consultant. At Napier Scott, he will develop private banking as a new branch of the

search company.

Paterson was a vice-president at Merrill Lynch's international banking group and senior relationship manager at Société Générale before moving into recruitment two years ago.

Vic Cohen joins from Sequoia, the London-based headhunters, where he was a senior consultant. As a senior consultant in his new role, he will help expand the firm's fixed income and emerging markets divisions.

Before becoming a headhunting, he was managing director and global board member of Eurobrokers, where he sat on the Bank of England's Standing Committee for broker regulation.

Thomas Lewis joins as a junior consultant from Fast Track Appointments, the recruitment agency. Lewis will report to the head of equity research and sales recrujitmant, Isabel Rickman.

Napier Scott said it planned to make further hires for its capital markets division.
