Goodwin to run High Finance
Launched on March 1, High Finance will focus on recruitment within the insurance and assurance marketplace. Goodwin will focus on placing permanent and interim accountants into the financial services sector.
Goodwin joins from accountancy and finance recruiting firm DLA, previously known as Douglas Llambias Associates.
He says: 'High Finance will initially be specialising in the asset management and insurance sector.
'With increasing controls being enforced in these two markets and the many mergers and acquisitions currently occurring, there is an urgent need for high-calibre accountants and risk control individuals,' he says.
Goodwin worked at DLA for three years as business manager responsible for developing its insurance and asset management business. Prior to this, he worked for financial recruiter Badenoch & Clark.
