CSFB may offer bonus guarantees
People familiar with the plan said CSFB is finalising a scheme designed to create a sense of partnership in CSFB's top ranks following its acquisition of its rival, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
Exact details have yet to be decided, but it is understood the scheme would guarantee participants a bonus for at least the next two years. On top of this guaranteed minimum, they will share in a bonus pool that will vary according to the bank's performance.
