Length of internship: 10-12 weeks.

Training offered: The focus is on-the-job as opposed to structured training. However, interns begin with a three-day introduction to investment banking and with training in the use of Excel.

Weekly breakfast meetings held by senior staff are designed to inform interns of the world beyond their department.

Assessment: Participants are asked to give a presentation at the end of the internship.

Pay: 450 per week (23,000 pro rata).
