Meridian clients post an anonymous summary of their skills and experience, verified by Meridian, which recruiters can browse. If they think someone may be suitable for a vacancy, the recruiter can e-mail them. Recruiters can access the database free of charge and the client remains anonymous until he or she chooses to reply.
