Rich rewards for chief execs

William Harrison, who became chief exec in June and chairman this year, received $35.6m, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

He was awarded $930,769 in salary, $5.3m in bonuses, $2.3m in restricted stock and stock options valued at $27.1m.

James Lee, vice-chairman, received $19.8m, comprising $300,000 in salary, $12.3m in bonus, $2.8m in restricted stock, options worth $3.8m and $615,000 in other payments, including a $600,000 company contribution to a private equity fund.
