New addition to PWC team
Previously with the FSA, Baxter will work alongside Mark Clinch, providing human resources services in the regulatory arena.
Baxter, who was a training and competence supervision officer at the FSA, will be responsible for the quality assurance of clients' training and competence arrangements across the financial services industry.
