Tang Kok-Yew and David Lai have been appointed chairman and president respectively at UBS Capital, UBS's private equity arm, in Asia. Kok-Yew, who joins from Warburg Dillon Read, where he was head of corporate finance for Asia, will report to Pierre de Weck, chief executive of UBS Capital.
