Groenink to head ABN Amro banking

Gary Godel has been appointed director of enforcement at the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Godel will investigate and monitor alleged serious breaches of regulations in Jersey's finance sector and ensure all businesses are properly licensed. He was previously a senior compliance manager with the Commission.
