Shaw to take Grant's role at BoS

Stephen Clark, 50, has been appointed deputy chief executive of Greig Middleton. Clark was previously managing director and co-head of the London office of CIBC Oppenheimer International. John Finigan has been appointed chairman of CLS Services, founded to increase co-operation in reducing foreign exchange risk. Finigan will continue as managing director and head of global operations for computer systems and processing at Bankers Trust. Patrick Macdougall has been appointed non-executive chairman of Arlington Securities. He was previously chairman of West Merchant Bank. Roger Moore, former head of the property team at Warburg Dillon Read, has also been appointed a non-executive director.
