A leading organization within the housing finance and residential lending industry is seeking a transactional attorney to join its legal team. This team serves as a strategic advisor to the business, supporting complex transactions that drive a large-scale residential finance platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sophisticated transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and financing agreements
• Advise business stakeholders on legal, transactional, and strategic issues
• Manage transactions from structuring through closing
• Collaborate with legal and business teams on high-impact initiatives

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership
• Strong transactional experience from a reputable law firm
• Experience leading complex transactions and negotiations
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Background in M&A, corporate, finance, real estate, capital markets, or structured finance
• Structured finance experience is a plus, but not required
