Description
As a Team Secretary, you will support a Team with corporate administration and statutory compliance across a varied client portfolio.
You will be self-motivated, able to work to tight deadlines, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with an ability and interest in understanding our clients' business.
Key Responsibilities
• Diary management.
• Liaising with clients.
• Obtaining information for Money Laundering.
• Completing new assessment forms for new clients.
• Completing Money Laundering due diligence forms.
• Preparation of letters of engagement for new clients.
• Photocopying, scanning of documents.
• Filing documents using a document management system.
• Meeting and greeting clients.
• Organising refreshments and in house lunches.
• Will be trained to cover reception.
Key Requirements
• Secretarial experience in accountancy industry/professional services preferable.
• Supporting 8 Partners and liaising with department managers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Additional Requirements
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Organised and methodical.
• Client focussed.
• Carrying out tasks with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
• Organisation/time management.
• Ability to operate strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
