Description
As we continue to expand our Corporate Finance offering, we are seeking a talented and
ambitious Transaction Services Manager to help strengthen and develop our Financial Due
Diligence capability. This role supports clients through acquisitions, disposals, mergers and
other strategic transactions while contributing to the growth of our Transaction Services
offering.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Advisory & Financial Due Diligence
• Manage and deliver financial due diligence assignments.
• Lead day-to-day execution of transaction engagements.
• Analyse financial information and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare commercially focused due diligence reports.
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key client contact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects.
Team Development
• Coach and develop junior colleagues.
• Review work and provide feedback.
Service Line Development
• Enhance methodologies and reporting standards.
• Support business development and pitches.
Key Requirements
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or
related advisory.
• Strong financial analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
