OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER A le -ading financial service firm requires an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager to join their busy London team. Working with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will be a key London team leader.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER

1. Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions
2. Support the design of stress-testing scenarios,
3. Support governance through minute taking and actions plans
4. Draft finding reports and deliver responses and enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework.
5. Maintain internal calendars, co-ordinate events, maintain the internal risk register and support wider policy initiatives.

You will have proven operational resiliency and project management experience ideally gained through the banking and/or financial services sectors. Salary £Up to £70K plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working. Please contact me for more details.
