Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a division of J.P. Morgan Payments. We connect counterparties with market-leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Contract Finance, Working Capital Lending, Export Agency Finance, and Traditional Trade solutions. As a Sales Senior Associate within the Trade & Working Capital division of J.P. Morgan Payments, you will report to the regional sales head. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) Sales team throughout the deal cycle. You will also play a key role in shaping our sales strategy.




Job Responsibilities

• Support the CEEMEA Trade & Working Capital Sales team in managing a large and diverse portfolio of corporate clients, promoting the achievement of business goals.


• Help to originate and structure new opportunities with clients across Core Trade and Structured Trade solutions.


• Collaborate with Payments functional teams and coverage bankers to execute the sales strategy, expand market share, and increase client engagement.


• Participate in client calls and prepare informal or formal responses to client requests (including term sheets, and presentations).


• Create deal write-ups to approach partners internally as well as support internal approval processes with deal proposal packages.


• Compare various financing alternatives through pricing and modelling deal scenarios using the Loan Return Calculator.


• Engage on key business decisions with the CEEMEA Head of T&WC Sales that will drive the sales strategy.


• Provide support on Trade initiatives and ad hoc projects across the CEEMEA team as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Proven experience in Trade, Transaction Banking, and managing complex client relationships.


• Strong knowledge of Credit and all TWC solutions.


• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, work under pressure, and meet tight timeframes.


• Effective collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.


• Logical, analytical and organized, with good attention to detail.


• Strong team player with excellent negotiation, influence, and time management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools.

• Arabic language skills
