This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the world's most innovative banks, supporting the Senior Country Officer and Global Banking.
As a Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Country Officer, you'll partner closely with senior leaders and a broader banking team to protect stakeholders time, create structure and pace, and ensure high-quality execution across meetings, travel, communications, and action tracking. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, relied on for sound judgement, and empowered to anticipate needs and remove obstacles-so the office runs smoothly and stakeholders stay aligned.

Global Investment Banking supports a broad range of corporations, institutions and governments by providing strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise.

As a Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Country Officer, you'll partner closely with senior leaders and a broader banking team to protect stakeholders time, create structure and pace, and ensure high-quality execution across meetings, travel, communications, and action tracking. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, relied on for sound judgement, and empowered to anticipate needs and remove obstacles-so the office runs smoothly and stakeholders stay aligned.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver advanced diary management across multiple time zones, adjusting quickly as priorities change
- Triage a high-volume inbox with sound judgement, drafting responses where appropriate and escalating urgent items
- Manage executive access by prioritising requests, protecting focus time, and redirecting low-value activity
- Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics for in-person and virtual sessions (rooms, materials, attendees, transport, last-minute changes)
- Arrange complex travel end-to-end, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and required immigration documentation, in line with policy
- Prepare briefing packs and meeting materials so leaders are decision-ready with clear context and actions
- Track actions and follow-ups across multiple senior stakeholders, driving closure and accountability
- Engage confidently with senior internal leaders and high-profile external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
- Partner with communications, marketing, and business teams to deliver leadership engagements and high-profile client events
- Process expenses and reimbursements accurately and on time, navigating systems and policy requirements
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and ad hoc projects that improve the operating rhythm of the office
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Communicate fluently in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrate experience supporting senior stakeholders in a high-trust, confidential environment
- Apply strong judgement to prioritise effectively, protect executive time, and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Operate with a calm, professional approach under pressure and through frequent last-minute changes
- Show excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple workstreams
- Influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders using tact and diplomacy
- Use Microsoft Office / M365 tools confidently (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Work flexibly in an office-based model (5 days) with occasional out-of-hours support as needed

- Bring a track record of anticipating needs and operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong experience coordinating complex travel and high-stakes diaries across competing priorities
- Feel comfortable working in policy-driven, regulated settings requiring consistent attention to detail
