We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional B2B sales organization in German-speaking Switzerland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to customer engagement, team development, and business growth. The role offers significant autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the future success of the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen sales capabilities and performance
• Support key account activities and participate in strategic customer meetings and negotiations
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports
• Ensure efficient sales processes and close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the business across the region
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and results

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in B2B sales and sales leadership
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and leading successful sales teams
• Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus
• Highly results-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving change
• Must have: fluent German and professional English skills; French is considered an advantage.
